Refund policy

At LUFTEN, every product is made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive a defective product.
- You receive the wrong item.
- The product differs significantly from what was ordered.
To be eligible, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A brief description of the problem

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected during purchase
- Change of mind
- Color preference
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor variations caused by screen display differences
Refund Processing
If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
