Return & Refund Policy

At LUFTEN, every product is made to order. Each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or any other personal preference.

Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what you ordered, LUFTEN may, at its sole discretion, provide either:

• A replacement product, or
• A full or partial refund,

depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

You may be eligible if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive a defective product.
• You receive the wrong item.
• The product differs significantly from what was ordered.

How to Request a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected during purchase
• Change of mind
• Color preference
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor variations caused by screen display differences
• Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

Exchanges

LUFTEN does not offer product exchanges. If your order qualifies under the eligible conditions above, we may provide a replacement product or a refund instead.

Refund Processing

If your claim is approved and a refund is issued, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, it will be produced and shipped at no additional cost to you.
